Four Points By Sheraton Midtown - Times Square Hotel New York City, New York City

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is excellent, close to Times Square, making it easy to navigate and explore Manhattan, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with lukewarm hot food served on paper plates. Nonetheless, being right by Times Square and having easy access to transportation were definite highlights.

The hotel had very nice and clean rooms, not too small, with air conditioning, a desk with an Ethernet cable for laptops, TV with a good selection of channels, and USB chargers on both sides of the bed. It honestly worked better for us since we had 2 bathrooms to get ready the next day. The service was really friendly and accommodating to all our needs, but could have communicated better about our late check-out request. The location was perfect, just two blocks from the Times Square area with easy subway access, although it's down a dark backstreet. The dining experience was simple but good, with a choice of delicious croissants, cereal, pastries, fruit, and a full hearty breakfast. The facilities were top-notch.
